Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Duration: 6 Months On Job Training (Opportunity for Full-Time Role Based on Performance)
Location: Mumbai (Chembur - East), Nearest Railway Station – Kurla East
Work Timing: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Work from Office ( 1st Saturday is Working)
Annual CTC: INR 2 LPA + Performance Pay
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about building their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to understand the recruitment lifecycle, especially frontline hiring for client organizations.
· Conduct telephonic assessments per day using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
· Source candidates through referencing (Generate new reference from existing candidates)
· Evaluate candidates based on basic job criteria and communication skills
· Explain job details and convince candidates to attend interviews
· Update candidate status and comments post-assessment in the ATS
· Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi
· Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
· Basic understanding of MS Office
· Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Graduate and Postgraduates (Preferably from Management background)
· Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage
· Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
High-performing interns will be offered full-time roles on company payroll after the 6 months period, with career advancement options in talent acquisition.
