Job Title: HR Recruiter – Fresher

Location: Sky Lark HR Solutions, KK Nagar, Chennai

Job Description:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers interested in starting their career in human resources and recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates from job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or walk-in interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies

Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants

Work closely with senior recruiters and HR managers to understand job requirements

Handle walk-in interviews and maintain daily recruitment reports

Follow company policies and ensure timely joining of selected candidates

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and Tamil

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Confidence in calling and interacting with candidates

Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year experience)

Age Limit: Typically 18–28 years

Language: English and Tamil (Mandatory)
