Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client requirements and job profiles

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references

  • Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates

  • Calling candidates and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinating between clients and candidates

  • Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups

  • Achieving daily/weekly recruitment targets
