Experience: 4-5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for various positions (IT, non-IT, technical, functional).

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).

- Build relationships with hiring managers and understand business needs.

- Use various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely hiring.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for interview logistics.

- Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift: Full-time, 6 days a week.
