Position: HR Interns / HR Recruiters
Location: Tumkur (On-site)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Education: Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 0 – 1 year (HR or Recruitment experience preferred)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Support end-to-end recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.

• Assist in onboarding and HR operations as required.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).

• Interest in recruitment and HR career development.
