Manage end-to-end hub operations including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
Ensure adherence to daily delivery targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of delivery executives and hub staff.
Ensure proper route planning and allocation for efficient last-mile delivery.
Maintain accurate shipment tracking and update systems regularly.
Minimize delivery exceptions such as RTO, NDR, and delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Handle escalations related to delivery issues and resolve them promptly.
Maintain hub discipline, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
