Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end hub operations including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to daily delivery targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of delivery executives and hub staff.

  • Ensure proper route planning and allocation for efficient last-mile delivery.

  • Maintain accurate shipment tracking and update systems regularly.

  • Minimize delivery exceptions such as RTO, NDR, and delays.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

  • Handle escalations related to delivery issues and resolve them promptly.

  • Maintain hub discipline, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
