Job Description / Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct calling
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and close positions within timelines
Issue offer letters and assist in joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies
Key Skills:
