Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Fresher – 3 years
Working Days: 6 days (Alternative Saturdays Off)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure suitable candidates are placed in various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Post job descriptions across online platforms and professional networks.

• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct candidate assessments/interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

• Ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of any other language is an added advantage).

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
