Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals - Naukri & LinkedIn and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding Assistance
Help prepare onboarding documents.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of engagement activities and events.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper filing of HR documents and adherence to company policies.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
