Responsibilities

 Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing

correspondence.

 Update and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

 Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in

advance.

 Support team members with their administrative needs and contribute to a positive

team environment.

 Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in-

person interactions.

Requirements

 Proven experience in administrative roles, with a solid understanding of office

procedures.

 Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint).

 Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is required.

 Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and

stakeholders.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
