We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team, Uniserve Hybrid BPS. LTD. to manage the full-cycle Customer Support & Telesales process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities.

Basic:- 18K to 20K

Age:- 20-25 yrs

Qualification:- Graduate

Shift:- Days ( 10:00 to 07:00 )

Skills:- Good Coms Skills + Basic Computer + English Knowledge. ( Hindi / English )

🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (based on last drawn, max 20k)

🎯 Experience Required: 1 – 3 years in tele sales/tele calling

📞 Call Target: 80–100 calls per day

👤 Age Limit: 21 – 25 years

Requirements:

Past experience in tele sales/tele calling is mandatory

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Ability to handle daily call targets efficiently
