Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will manage recruitment and support key HR functions for our growing call-centre and support teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level call center roles (CSA, QA, TL).Source, screen & shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms & internal pipelines.Coordinate interviews, salary discussions & offer rollouts.Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.Support onboarding, induction & employee engagement activities.Assist in basic HR operations such as attendance, documentation & HR queries.Skills & Qualifications:Min 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.Strong communication & negotiation skills.Hands-on experience using hiring portals & LinkedIn sourcing.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
