• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Post job openings on various job portals

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with clients for feedback

• Follow up with candidates till onboarding

• Work closely with team leads and team members

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
