Infowryt Solutions LLP is looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and hiring support across various roles.
For freshers and HR graduates, we offer a structured HR Trainee Program with a 2-month paid training period, designed to build strong recruitment fundamentals and practical hiring skills. Successful trainees will be converted into full-time HR Recruiters based on performance and learning outcomes.
🎓 HR Trainee Program (For Freshers)
Duration: 2 Months
Training Focus:
Recruitment lifecycle fundamentals
Candidate sourcing techniques
Interviewing & screening skills
Job portal handling
HR coordination & documentation
Client/hiring manager communication
Training Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Conversion: Full-time HR Recruiter role based on performance evaluation
Compensation (Post Training / Experienced Candidates)
In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Create, update, and manage job descriptions and postings
Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Advertise job openings on job portals and social platforms
Conduct basic background checks and documentation
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Job Requirements
Qualification: Post Graduate (HR, Management, Psychology, or related field preferred)
Experience:
Freshers welcome (as HR Trainee)
0–3 years for HR Recruiter role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Knowledge of resume databases and job portals is a plus
Strong sourcing skills and candidate assessment ability
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Professional attitude and strong work ethics
Must be open to working 5 days a week (on-site)
Alternative Saturday will be half day.
