Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive – Work From Home (Remote)
We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various industries while working from home.
Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations
Coordinate with clients for role clarity, hiring timelines, and feedback
Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
Use Boolean search techniques to find suitable profiles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct telephonic / video screening interviews
Assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up for interview feedback and next steps
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers
Share daily/weekly recruitment status reports with clients or managers
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining
Handle candidate queries and drop-off management
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Promote client opportunities professionally and ethically
Any Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in remote recruitment / client hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
Time management and self-discipline for WFH
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
0–1 Year: Freshers with recruitment training may apply
1–5 Years: Experienced recruiters preferred (IT / Non-IT / Bulk / Lateral hiring)
