Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our clients. This role suits candidates who are comfortable working remotely, communicating with candidates daily, and using AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and databases

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) for resume screening, job posting, and interview preparation

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

• Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

• Support background verification and documentation

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate

• 0 – 1 year recruitment experience (or strong interest in HR/recruitment)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of sourcing and resume screening

• Willingness to learn and use AI tools

• Self-disciplined and comfortable working from home

Language Requirements

English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

Mandatory Requirements (WFH)

• Personal Laptop (mandatory)

• Smart Mobile Phone with good internet connectivity

• Stable internet connection for calls and online interviews
