HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (sourcing to onboarding).

• Understand hiring needs and coordinate with department heads/managers to define role requirements.

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.

• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

• Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

• Promote company culture and employer branding initiatives.
