HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
