Bachelor’s in HR / Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

1–3 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup

Summary / Purpose
The HR Executive will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement to ensure a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce for the company’s steel manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection
Handle joining formalities, induction, and documentation
Maintain HRMS and employee records
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Support grievance handling and exit formalities
