Job Description – Telesales Executive (Real Estate)
Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: 1+Years (Real Estate preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through leads.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales/closing team.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Update daily call reports, follow-ups, and client details in CRM.
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead/site visit targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead closure.
Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
Key Skills Required
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Confident on calls with convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).
Qualification
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
