📍 Location: Bareilly – Work From Home
🕒 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Sunday & Festival Offs)
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives from Day One

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Post jobs and source profiles from portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.

• Make 50+ active calls daily and ensure 5 confirmed interviews (lineups) per day.

• Maintain candidate details and tracking sheets accurately.

Interview Coordination

• Clearly explain job roles and schedule interviews.

• Share Google Forms and required details with candidates/clients.

• Follow up with candidates post-interview until successful joining.

Training & Development

• Attend daily team calls and online training sessions.

• Apply feedback from seniors to improve performance.

Reporting & Communication

• Communicate professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Keep updated records in Google Sheets.

• Submit daily reports to the Team Lead or Reporting Manager.

🔹 Role Requirements

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR process.

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• You must have a laptop, stable internet, and a calling number.

• Should be disciplined, eager to learn, and ready for long-term growth in HR.

• Expected to achieve a minimum of 10 joiners per month.

• No leaves are allowed during probation, except in cases of emergency.

• Prior HR experience preferred, but not mandatory.
