HR Recruiter

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).  Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.  Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.  Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.  Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.  Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.  Track recruitment metrics
