Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT/Non-IT as per requirement).

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
