Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and explain company services to potential clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business, legal, and compliance solutions
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Follow up on leads and close deals within defined timelines
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand compliance-related services (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or consulting services
Knowledge of company registration, GST, licensing, or compliance services
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and cold calling
