Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments
Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Promote company culture and employer brand during all recruiting activities
Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation sessions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in recruiting for [industry or specific roles, e.g., IT, Sales, Engineering]
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
