Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage payroll and attendance processes, ensure accurate and timely salary payouts, and handle employee documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Oversee attendance and leave management systems, ensuring records are properly maintained and updated.

• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Coordinate with accounts and management for timely salary disbursement.

• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.

• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and documentation.

• Ensure all HR activities are conducted ethically and transparently, supporting employee career growth and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or attendance management.

• Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality.
