Job description:

Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Saturday
Stipend: 5k Per month

Bilivin Education is committed to shaping careers and empowering students with the right guidance, resources, and training. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and update ATS/HR records.

• Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.

• Coordinate with employees for documentation, attendance, and leave management.

• Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and events.

• Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and provide admin support where required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
