HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, coordination with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and managers

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels

• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and negotiation

• Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation

• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

• Ability to assess candidate suitability effectively

• Time management and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws

• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
