Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled H.R. Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire talented employees who align with our company culture and values. This role requires excellent communication, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills to ensure we build a strong workforce to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

• Handle administrative tasks related to hiring and employee documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment procedures and candidate sourcing methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

• Well-versed in using job portals, ATS, and social media for recruitment.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
