Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.

• Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and outreach campaigns.

• Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data.

• Develop and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.

• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.

• Create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Provide regular updates and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment status.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.

• Support new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training coordination.
