HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) candidates.

• Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents as per NAPS guidelines.

• Liaise with clients, training partners, and internal teams for smooth onboarding.

• Ensure timely registration of candidates on the NAPS portal.

• Maintain accurate data and prepare reports related to onboarding activities.

• Resolve candidate queries and support them throughout the joining process.

• Track and update onboarding status in internal systems.

• Ensure compliance with NAPS norms and organizational policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.

• Understanding of NAPS or government apprenticeship processes (preferred).
