Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
