we have urgent requirement for Recruiter for VTekis Consultancy

Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT & Healthcare)

Location: Kukatpally (KPHB ) Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: [6 months to - 2 Years]

Salary: 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and lateral positions.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Conduct induction programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in non-IT recruitment and HR functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
