### Job Overview:
We are looking for a male HR Executive with strong expertise in factory compliance and hands-on experience in core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all statutory compliances are met while managing HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and operational HR activities.

### Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory compliances applicable to factory operations.
• Maintain updated records for audits and inspections by government authorities.
• Coordinate with compliance agencies to meet legal requirements.
HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end onboarding process• for new employees.
Handle payroll processing•, salary disbursement, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and shift schedules•.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with compliance norms.

• Education: Graduation in HR / MBA in HR preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in HR, with a focus on factory compliance.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll management and attendance systems.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
