Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a HR Operations Executive to manage client visits, handle HR compliance, and coordinate HR-related activities across our client locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit client sites to monitor HR operations and ensure smooth coordination.

• Address and resolve client HR-related issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.

• Maintain and update HR documentation and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with internal HR and client teams to fulfill manpower and HR requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, client servicing, or compliance.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for client visits as required.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
