About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment and core HR operational activities for Dangi Digital Media LLP. The role involves talent acquisition, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create, update, and maintain job descriptions
✅ Responsible for internal hiring, HR operations, and team management tasks
✅ Source and engage candidates using online job portals and social media platforms
✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills/tests
✅ Publish and manage job advertisements
✅ Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning
✅ Maintain employee records, onboarding, and exit formalities
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory employment laws including PF, ESI, TDS
✅ Support daily HR administrative functions

Requirements

🎓 Education: Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
💼 Experience: 2 – 5 years in HR Operations/Recruitment
🧑🏻‍💻 Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment cycles, and HRMS tools
🗂️ Knowledge of compliance: PF, ESI, TDS, labor regulations
🗣️ Excellent communication (verbal & written) and decision-making skills
✅ Must be open to working 6 days a week
