Source and attract top talent using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to shortlist candidates who meet our skill and cultural fit requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-volume manufacturing roles, anticipating seasonal demands in our export-driven business.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and ensure diversity in hiring (e.g., promoting gender balance and inclusivity).
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and use data to optimize processes.
Assist in employee onboarding, induction programs, and integration into our value-driven culture (e.g., introducing new hires to our CSR initiatives and core values).
Support employee engagement activities, such as festival celebrations, health workshops, and team-building events aligned with our compassionate corner philosophy.
Plan the calendar and deliver training programs based on identified requirements.
