• Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 - 40,000
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, WFO
Job Description (Summary):
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve workplace issues promptly, and promote a positive company culture through open communication and employee engagement.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations. Identify skill gaps and support employee growth through development opportunities.
Performance Management: Support managers in setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and providing regular feedback. Address performance-related issues as required.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation packages and benefits enrollment, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct market research to maintain competitive offerings.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation with confidentiality.
