Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
• Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Build and manage HR MIS, reports, and dashboards
• Mentor and guide HR Executives
