HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team RStar Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

An HR manager oversees all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. Key responsibilities of an HR manager include:

• Recruitment and Hiring: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring employee development. 

• Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, insurance, and other benefits. 

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

• Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and setting performance goals. 

• Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance. 

• Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall goals. 

• Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. 

• Workplace Culture: Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking HR metrics, analyzing data, and providing reports to management.
