HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete recruitment & hiring cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Handle payroll processing, salary computation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Function as an HR Generalist — managing employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance reviews.

• Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics using Advanced Excel.

• Support management in policy implementation, training, and HR strategy.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent command of Advanced Excel and HRMS tools.

• Strong communication skills — fluent in spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR documentation.

• Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR (Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, Generalist).
