We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive/Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final selections. The role includes maintaining and updating recruitment MIS reports, managing job postings across platforms, and building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Additionally, the HR Executive will assist in onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR documentation and compliance. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
