Roles and Duties:
Manage employee workflows and monitor daily operations.
Oversee day-to-day attendance, shift schedules, and break schedules efficiently.
Handle new joiners' punch-in registrations and generate relevant files in the HR software.
Manage monthly salary processing and ensure ESI compliance.
Ensure timely renewal of statutory and legal documents.
Provide constructive feedback and training on expected workplace behavior and discipline.
Oversee housekeeping and ensure the restaurant is always neat, clean, and welcoming.
Drive performance management and employee recognition to maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct employee wellness and engagement programs to foster a happy workplace and improve retention.
