HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

• Support in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

• Help with drafting HR documents, letters, and reports

• Provide support in performance management and training initiatives

• Participate in internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and adhere to internal policies

Requirements:

10+2, pursuing Graduation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Eagerness to learn and contribute
