JD:
Process monthly payroll including salary computation, deductions, and disbursement.
Handle employee attendance, leave, and overtime data for accurate payroll input.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ESI, EPF, and LWF regulations.
Prepare and file statutory returns such as ECR, ESIC returns, LWF challans, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, departments, and auditors regarding compliance matters.
Maintain employee records related to PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits.
Liaise with government departments (PF office, ESIC office, etc.) for inspections, queries, and registrations.
Assist in new employee registration and exits in PF/ESI portals.
Keep track of statutory changes in labour laws and ensure implementation.
Manage annual compliance filings (e.g., Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).
Support audits (internal/statutory) by providing necessary documents and clarifications.
