Job Description for HR Executive:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join the team at Trident Hr Solutions in Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support our HR operations with a focus on payroll management and end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative functions and building a strong workforce through effective sourcing and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Management: Assist in processing payroll, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring timely compliance.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates via job portals and professional networks.
• Communication: Perform cold calling to engage potential talent and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist with daily administrative tasks to support the team.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience in Recruitment, HR, or Administrative roles.
• Education: Graduate degree or higher.
• Gender Preference: Only female candidates are eligible for this position.
• Skills: Proficiency in payroll processing, talent sourcing techniques, and professional communication skills.
• Work Schedule: Must be comfortable with a 6-day work week, shift timings from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
