Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. HR Recruiter to join our team in Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements

Any Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
