What we’re looking for:

1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations
Role & Responsibility:
● Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers
to discuss needs.
● Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment
agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and
benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
● Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
● Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
● Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
● Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gap
● Presenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.
● Ready to Travel for recruit people from field
● Negotiate with candidate & take them on board
● Good Knowledge of statutory compliances.
● Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
● Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment
forms. And prepare their joining files.
● Participate in organizing company events and other activities.
● Able to analyze employee's capabilities before joining and their problem after joining.
● Compliance Management.
● Handling Grievances.
● To do Employee Engagement activities.
● To work on kitchen employee attrition.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
