Job Postings & Advertisements:

Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various recruitment platforms and social media.

Continuously monitor and update job boards to ensure visibility.

Client Interaction:

Understand client requirements to accurately match candidates with job roles.

Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition processes.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing communication about the recruitment progress.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to clients and follow up with both clients and candidates during the hiring process.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, from interview schedules to final placements.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on the recruitment progress.

Market Research & Industry Trends:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Proactively recommend changes in hiring strategies and help clients stay competitive in the market
