Job description:
A) JOB PURPOSE:
The overall purpose of the job is to effectively manage the manpower personnel at KTWO within the parameters set by the management, meet statutory compliance and contain personnel costs at 15% of revenue. The HR executive will work closely with the HR hiring, various department heads and directly report to the CEO.
B) KEY TASKS FOR SPECIFIED DURATION:
1) Manage all employees as per the guidelines set by management and elaborated in the employee manual
2) Meet all statutory obligation such as PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, processing salary, processing bonus/variable pay, leave encashment, TDS, form 16, maintaining forms etc
3) Manage GreytHR software and other softwares effectively
4) Oversee employee F&F and exit (notice period) formalities
5) Prepare all MIS and other reports as required
6) Oversee all legal cases
7) Contain overall HR costs under 15% of revenue
8) Manage employee affairs including but not limited to; transfers, conflict, promotion, leaves, time-in and out, performance, insurance, payments, penalties, work etiquette etc
9) Maintain and manage relationship with government officials related to employment as required
10) Undertake closing of KARE company formalities pertaining to HR
11) Visit different locations as required in management of HR affairs of the company
12) Undertake other tasks as and when requested by the line manager
